We are working on coupling L-Galaxies with the Radiative Transfer code GRASIL (Silva et al. 1998). This will allow us to predict the Spectral Energy Distribution (SED) of simulated galaxies over a wide range of redshift and physical properties. Importantly, this method takes into account the dust content of galaxies, whose evolution is self consistently modelled within the semi-analytic model.
