Metallicity profiles and chemical abundance ratios for Milky Way Analogue (MWA) galaxies in L-Galaxies 2020 will be compared to recent precise measurements in the gas (from auroral emission lines) and stars (from APOGEE-DR17 absorption lines) in the real Milky Way. The observed stellar metallicity profile will be corrected for the complex selection function and ages will be inferred using a trained Bayesian Neural Network (BNN). A comparison to observed metallicity gradients from extragalactic samples will also be made. This joint analysis will help further constrain the GCE and SN feedback modelling in L-Galaxies.
