The workshop will be hybrid, with online participation available via zoom.
The workshop will include:
(a) invited and contributed talks
(b) discussions sessions
(c) a "hackathon" to get new users up-and-running with the L-Galaxies 2020 code
Registration for the workshop has now passed.
Code of conduct
All participants are expected to be professional and considerate towards others during discussions and events. The code of conduct of the EAS2025 can be used for reference.
Schedule
The workshop venue, Harnack Haus, is on Ihnestraße 16-20, 14195 Berlin, in the south-west Dahlem district. It is close to the Freie Universität (Thielplatz) subway station on Line 3. See the directions provided on the Harnack Haus webpage for more information on getting there from e.g. the city centre or Berlin Airport.
Suggested accommodation
The Harnack Haus guest house is now fully booked during the workshop period. However, they also recommend the Hotel Steglitz International, which 26 min away from the workshop venue by M48 bus (including a 15 min walk). Other hotels along the subway Line 3 are also a good option, as the workshop venue is right by the Freie Universität (Thielplatz) subway station on Line 3.
